Révélation ! Mme Bettencourt avait 100 millions d'euros sur des comptes en Suisse et à Singapour, selon Mediapart ! Compte tenu de la fortune de la dame (environ 15 milliards d'euros), ce montant ne représente pas grand chose. Une question intéressante serait de se demander pourquoi mettre à l'abri à l'étranger une partie infime de ses avoirs, et à quoi servait cet argent. On pourrait formuler une hypothèse : ces comptes à l'étranger permettaient des mouvements invisibles aux autorités françaises, et pourraient avoir été un outil idéal pour fournir des sommes importantes à diverses personnalités choisies.
